I have continued the lightning project. I have constructed the Fuselage (from rather thick cardboard (5 mm) and already i have attached the wings. The wings are details with 1 mm thick cardboard peaces to look like an eagle.
If you look at the slide show you can see i added a canopy and an air intake. Unfortunately the air-intake does not fit very well. I will try to fix this later on with a filler of some sort. The fighter is rather small also in comparison with the Valkyrie i bought recently. I am currently working on the engines, but this proves rather difficult. It needs to be round, thats not easy with cardboard. At the moment i am using a steel pipe to press the model in shape!
